6-Layer PCB Reverse Engineering File Sample

This package is provided as a public reference example of PCB design-recovery
files. It is separate from any published research-equipment recovery story.

CONTENTS
- design-files/: native Altium PCB, schematic and project files, supporting
project files, and a one-page schematic PDF.
- manufacturing-files/: an XLSX bill of materials, pick-and-place TXT, and a
Gerber/drill folder. The BOM contains 141 grouped line items.
- xray-reference/: three source-provided BMP X-ray reference images.

The Gerber copper files identify six physical layers: GTL (1), G1 (2), G2 (3),
G3 (4), G4 (5), and GBL (6). Additional files contain solder mask, silkscreen,
paste, mechanical and drill data. These are example outputs, not a promise
that every project has the same deliverables or file formats.

SOFTWARE AND REVIEW
Use a PDF viewer for the schematic, an XLSX-compatible application for the
BOM, a suitable CAM viewer for Gerber/drill data, and a compatible Altium
Designer version for the native engineering files. Original libraries,
fonts or software features may be needed. Compatibility has not been
established by opening this project in a CAD application.

Before any manufacture or equipment use, an engineer must review revisions,
component selection, quantities, layout, fabrication requirements and test
coverage for the intended project. No firmware image or functional test
report is included. The supplied BOM has quantity review points: C88 has
quantity 2 against one listed designator; C118 has a blank quantity; R93 and
R117 share a line with quantity 1. These source values have been preserved.
The reference images alone do not establish the physical sample's condition
or prove completion of a non-destructive recovery or validation process.

PUBLIC-COPY NOTES
One hash-identical duplicate directory and the __Previews cache were omitted.
The generated HTML report was omitted because it contains local file links.
Personal author/editor properties were removed from the XLSX package only.
The local-workstation path header was removed from the pick-and-place TXT.
All native CAD files, the schematic PDF, Gerber/drill files and BMP images
are unchanged source bytes. Workbook cells, values, formulas, styles and
other worksheet parts were preserved.

REFERENCE USE
This download is for reference and evaluation. It does not grant manufacturing
or other commercial-use rights. Agree any intended reuse and project-specific
engineering work with the provider before proceeding.
